Payment: Family Pride offers you the choice of placing your order through Paypal or 2Checkout. Your financial information is 100% secure. No credit card details are saved on our site giving you complete peace of mind. Delivery: All products requiring personalisation and engraving, such as jewelry, parchments, embroideries, heraldic items may take upto four weeks. Custom Military Rings take four to six weeks for completion and delivery. We will advise you of any delays by email. Refunds, Returns, Cancellations: We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase, so we ask you to check all details such as spelling, countries of origin and dates when ordering, especially those custom items that require engraving or embroidering as this onus and responsibility lies with the purchaser. When these items enter the process of engraving or any form of customization they cannot not be cancelled or refunded. All products can be returned within seven days if they are flawed in any way. The items must be unused and in the original condition and packaging. Please do not return any items without notifying us be email first. International orders may or may not incur custom fees and these are the responsibility of the purchaser as we cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. It is your responsibility to check and verify the customs and charges in your country. We will advise you of tracking numbers for your purchase if required. Customization: Family Pride Gifts reserve the right to make minor changes to any design or text for the enhancement of the final product without notification. Any product requiring any major change the customer will be notified. Taxes and Duties: The customer is responsible for paying all required duties and taxes on any order in which the "ship to" address is outside of the United States. Universal Promotions will hold the customer responsible for any costs associated with returning product to Universal Promotions in the event the customer fails to pay such duties and taxes. Upon submitting an order, customers outside the United states agree that he/she will pay all duties and taxes that are due.
